WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

 

You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access.

You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. You can access your account and check the status of your order and track it (if eligible) .

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your cart. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.

 

Please note items are only held for you once you checkout completely. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.

The order will be shipped to the provided address. Please make sure you provide the correct address. If your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don’t pick up your order, a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.
If your order is lost due to incorrect address, Boutique Minimaliste won’t send you another or refund you.

HOW CAN I PAY?

 

You can pay with your Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal Account and Amazon Payments.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP?

 

All orders are made to order. So all orders must be made until Wednesday 11:59PM (GMT) to be shipped Friday. Most in-stock orders ship on the Friday following date of purchase. Pending availability.

An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders ship from our studio in Lisbon, Portugal.

When your order ships, you will receive an email update.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery time is estimated at 5 to 15 business to Europe and 10 to 30 business days to the rest of the world. Orders with tracking numbers are faster than priority mail. Weather, Customs and other factors may delay the shipping up to 6 weeks. Please contact us if your order takes more than a month to arrive.
